This will only go away if I save, exit and reload. Whats even weirder is that If I move my character, the FPS climbs to about 30-40, but standing still, FPS sinks back to 10FPS. Your only option is to identify the mods that are giving you the most drastic framerate drop - and deciding if you can live without out them.
