WebWe went to McCown Valley Park for the first time today. It is a lovely park. The water of Lake Whitney was clean. It did appear that there was separate beach areas with picnic area. The beach area we stopped at, however, was full of trash. There were pop and beer cans strewn over the beach. We did not have trash bags big enough to clean it Up!
