The C9 and D0 heads are alot like GT40 irons. They will work on a 302. Like said above the harden seats. You will need the adapter head bolt kit for 351W heads on a 302. The 351W heads have a 1/2 inch bolt holes and the 302 has 7/16ths. B.

Already has bottom end rebuild .30 over, cranks been shaved, heads are fresh, has a small cam in it, a edelbrock manifold and edelbrock carb. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
