WebJan 9, 2024 · I agree with the solution provided by @edgonzales but would also like to suggest that you can achieve your goal simply by using a custom SharePoint permission level in the library. You can create and use a permission level that allows users to create but not change documents. Please let me know if you need an example. No Flow required.
